1. Arrive Early.
As much as possible, arrive at least ten to fifteen minutes earlier before the body pilates workout class. That way, you can warm-up before the instructor calls you to the barre (handrails fixed on the wall).
2. Avoid Wearing Accessories
Due to safety reasons wearing these are strictly forbidden. Thus, if you are wearing prescription eyeglasses, always attached a sports strap. Much better if you can wear contacts instead.
3. No Chewing Gums/Eating Candies
That is because you might bite your tongue or choke your throat when doing the body ballet fitness poses. So, try not to eat during class.
4. Bun Your Hair
Tie-up your hair because it can distract you when dancing. That is why make you clipped away those bangs.
5. Ask Questions
They expect you to do that. However, the appropriate time to ask the questions is before and after body pilate workout class.
What should you wear?
Most ballet pilates workout classes require their students to wear black leggings with a white fitted shirt, along with black slippers. However, make sure to ask if they have a specific attire requirement.
What should you bring?
Inside the studio, water bottles and small towels are the only items you can bring. Your other items will be store inside your assigned locker.
